In January 2004 once again Cologne will be the meeting point of the international Design Community. Galleries, cultural and commercial Institutions clear their Showrooms for the avant garde of the scene. During the international furniture fair "IMM 2004 Cologne", the inner city is going to become the hot spot for the world of design. In amongst it will be: "Weapons of Mass Seduction". For the "Passagen 2004" ten designers and artists from six different countries were able to secure a showroom in an ideal location, the "Galerie 68elf" in the "Belgischen Viertel". With 200 m2 the showroom offers everything for an unconventional and unique presentation
of their work.
At the beginning was an engenius idea - driven by a seductive power. The international group gathered around Michael Sans, Alex Ziegler und Ute Nickenig has joined forces to win the masses for truth and beauty. They operate in the fields of furniture and product design, painting,
illustration and lighting design. Like the wind that carries the seed of the dandelion into the world their ideas are well on the way. The seduction has begun.
